For landlords and residences
Applicants who arrive with a record.
TrustColive is free for you, and most of it works without an account at all.
You don't need an account
When a tenant asks you to confirm their tenancy, you get an email with a link. The link opens a page with what they logged; we email you a one-time code, you type it with your name, and you confirm what's right. About a minute.
- Confirm a tenancy
- Confirm payments
- Sign a move-in or move-out report
- Confirm how the deposit was settled
If you do create one
- All your tenancies, the payments recorded against them and the inventories, in one place.
- Your own record as a landlord: tenancies confirmed, deposits returned on time. It's yours to show when you are the one looking for tenants.
- Useful reminders, with links to the RTB for tenancy registration and deposit rules. We never give legal advice.
What you cannot do here
- You cannot search for or browse tenants. You only see someone who chose to apply to you.
- You cannot filter applicants by nationality, gender, religion, age, marital status or receipt of housing support. That is discrimination under the Equal Status Acts, and the product does not offer it.
- You cannot see anyone's exact rent history unless they share it with you, and they can revoke that at any time.
One honest note
A confirmation you give is a statement of fact that goes into someone's portable record. A false one closes the account and removes the facts. Please only confirm what you know to be true.
