Terms

The rules, in the same words as the marketing.

What TrustColive does

What TrustColive does not do

Your record is yours

Honesty is the rule we enforce

Recording a payment that did not happen, or confirming one that did not, is the one thing that breaks this product for everybody. A false confirmation closes both accounts involved and removes the affected facts from the passport. Every confirmation is logged with the date, the network it came from and the checks it passed.

Advertisers and landlords may not state requirements or filter people by nationality, gender, religion, age, marital status or receipt of housing support. The Equal Status Acts prohibit it and so do we.

Limits

TrustColive is provided as is, free of charge, by an independent student project. We are not a letting agency, not a credit reference agency, not a deposit scheme and not a legal adviser. Nothing here is legal advice. We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, and we tell you plainly when something breaks.

Law and contact

These Terms are governed by Irish law. For anything on this page, email santitrillo05@gmail.com.
